Our online training programs are especially designed to improve your running or jogging and they’re totally FREE: you don’t have to buy a training program, you just sign up and off you go.

And we have something for everyone. If you’re a novice runner, we’ll get you started without pushing you too far but we’ve also got great training tips for marathon runners who’ve been around. United Running is easy and it’s simple and helps you to achieve your goals. We don’t just talk the talk, we walk your walk.

And that’s just the beginning. In the near future we’ll also have your personal coach available on your iPod. You can take a sample of your training program on the go so your personal coach will be with you while you’re on the road.
